Descriptions:
- The platens enable the testing of a wide variety of cylinder, cube, blocks or similar specimens.
- Manufactured from high quality steel, which is then hardened, smoothed and finished
- The roughness value for the surface texture of the auxiliary platens are ≤ 3.2 µm
- UTC-4512, UTC-4513, UTC-4517 and UTC- 4518 have centring rings on the lower platens for proper centring of 100 mm and 150 mm cube, 100 mm and 150 mm cylinder samples
- Ø 300 mm UTC-4517 has a specimen centring apparatus on lower platen as standard for 150 mm cube
- Lifting Device for Lower Loading Platen (UTC-4629) which can be used easy replacement of the distance pieces between the piston and the lower platen for setting the vertical clearance of the frames.
- The device should be ordered separately for UTC-4514, UTC-4516 and UTC-4519.
